Problem the AI is intended to solve
The current SharePoint page has a tremendous amount of information. Using the Chatbot helps the field search for information without having to contact the office directly.
Expected benefits
The chatbot will increase efficiency of time it takes for individuals to find important information and free up program staff to concentrate on quality and safety issues for the clinical laboratory care of the Veteran.
System outputs
If AI is approved, it will allow the Chatbot to look outside the PLM SharePoint page for information on such sites as the Center for Medicare and Medicaid site.
